ClearlyDocs TX ("we", "us") is operated by Orbit Entities LLC. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account information: your email address and a hashed password.
Your documents: text you paste, and files you upload (photos, PDFs, Word and text files), plus the AI conversations about them. These are stored so you can access your history.
Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Usage data: basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
To provide the service: your documents and messages are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate reviews and drafts, and stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in the United States) so your history works across devices. We use your email to manage your account and subscription. We do not sell your personal information or your documents, and we do not use your documents to train AI models.
Only the service providers required to operate the app: Supabase (database and storage), OpenAI (AI processing), Stripe (payments), and Netlify (hosting). Each receives only what it needs.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account screen in the app ("Delete my account"). Deletion is permanent and includes your documents, conversations, and uploaded files. You may also email us to request a copy or deletion of your data.
We keep your data while your account exists. Deleted accounts are removed from production systems immediately; residual backups expire on a rolling basis.
ClearlyDocs TX is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
